Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner with Marmaluzi

2017.05.17

If there were a Marmaluzi children's café, little guests could drop by at any time of the day—breakfast, lunch, or dinner—where chefs would have recipes for every occasion. While such a place does not exist yet, the dishes are already prepared. We invite you to explore our menu.

Breakfast

We have prepared two types of porridge for kids: delicate rice porridge with milk and a nutritious three-grain porridge. These will charge your little one with energy, essential vitamins, and microelements. For older children, we recommend adding finely chopped dried fruits or, in summer, fresh berries, baked apples, or pears.

Avoid feeding your baby immediately after waking up. Instead, offer them room-temperature water first.

Mid-Morning Snack

Fruits are the perfect food for the first half of the day since an active child will have expended much energy by lunchtime. That’s why we recommend choosing fruit and berry purées for the mid-morning snack. Our dedicated Marmaluzi team has prepared purées with prunes, apples, bananas, as well as apple-raspberry, apple-blueberry, and apple-pear blends. By the way, these purées also make a great dessert for adults!

Once again, a reminder about water—don't forget to offer your child something to drink.

Lunch

Choosing lunch will be a challenge since Marmaluzi offers delicious and even gourmet dishes with a variety of vegetables and meats.

These include tender mashed potatoes with fish, vegetable purée with turkey, beef stew, rabbit with rice and zucchini, gourmet vegetables with beetroot and tongue, as well as vegetable purée with chicken. In summer, we recommend adding finely chopped fresh dill from your garden.

This purée can easily be turned into a delicious sauce—just mix it with pasta and meat purée.

Afternoon Snack

A tasty energy boost after an afternoon nap—gentle yogurt and berry dessert. In summer, serve it in a beautiful glass, garnish with raspberries, and bring it to the adult table!

Dinner

A great option for dinner is puréed sweet vegetables, which can be introduced into a baby's diet from six months old.

We’re sure you have some excellent recipes for your little one. Complement your menu with our ideas, season your meals with love, gather around the table, and enjoy the moment! Bon appétit!
